Mariano Sardi was appointed to command theFinance Secretariat.

 

 

The Minister of Economy, Martín Guzmán, appointed economist Fernando Morra as the new secretary for Economic Policy this Thursday, replacing Haroldo Montagu, who had been in charge of that portfolio since the beginning of the administration of President Alberto Fernández.

 

In turn, Mariano Sardi was appointed in command of the Finance Secretariat instead of Diego Bastourre, who since December 2019 has been in command of the process of normalization of the public debt market in pesos and accompanied the minister during negotiations with creditors for the restructuring of the external public debt.
