Good morning. Just to keep you updated with regards to the K.

Our operations received information that nn confirmed that they can accept the remaining Venezuela Bonds now. They agreed to deliver the bonds with value date 14.09.2022.

nninstructions have been released today and they are currently under review in the market (Euroclear).

 

But unfortunately, the compliance departments at Euroclear are very busy at the moment due to the current situation with Russian securities, so there might be some delays until the transactions are being approved.

 

We will keep chasing and ask for updates on the transfer and keep you update.
