Balance of your custody account on January 15, 2025: USD 54,000.00 Replacement of Eurobonds issued by Russian Obligors Singapore, February 19, 2025 Portfolio: 6002203.007 Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation 12.75 % 1998-24.06.2028 Eurobond Reg-S ISIN: XS0088543193, Securities no.: 923328 1 / 2 Russian Presidential Decree No. 677, the Russian Federal Law No. 292 and related legislations provide that Russian Obligors are entitled to issue Russian bonds in the same currency and on the same commercial terms as the Eurobonds of the corresponding offshore issuers. The legislation gives the possibility, and in some instances requires, Russian Obligors to meet their payment obligations to certain holders of foreign corporate Eurobonds by either:- Replacing the Eurobond with a Russian domestic bond- Repurchasing the Eurobond in cash We further understand that some of the issuers (or Russian Obligors) allow bondholders, to receive their income and redemption payments outside the custody chain. We would like to make clear that in all these cases, LGT was not involved in the process and has no control over the replacement of foreign corporate Eurobonds. To safeguard the integrity of foreign corporate Eurobonds issued by Russian Obligors, LGT Banks are obliged by the corresponding non-Russian custodians to immediately disclose those clients who have made use of the possibilities and inform on the portion of their holdings for which such an action has been taken. We herewith request you to explicitly confirm to us whether your position in these Eurobonds issued by Russian Obligors has been affected (or not) by Presidential Decree No. 677, Russian Federal Law No. 292 and other related legislation and to attest that the securities you hold or intend to transact in have not been:- cancelled or- exchanged for cash proceeds or newly-issued Russian securities Accordingly, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately, at the latest by March 11, 2025, whether or not you have made use of the process by ticking the appropriate boxes below and returning the signed letter to the bank.
